Dialogue AI Terms of Service
These terms form the agreement between you and Dialogue AI. They cover who may use the service, what you may do inside a companion chat, how billing works and where our responsibility ends.
Agreement to these terms
By opening dialogues.run, creating an account or sending a message to a Dialogue AI companion, you accept these terms in full. If any part is unacceptable to you, please stop using the service.
Who may use Dialogue AI
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. Dialogue AI is an adult entertainment service and is not designed for minors under any circumstances.
What the service is
Dialogue AI provides text and voice conversations with fictional companion characters. The characters are creative works. They are not real people and do not represent any living individual.
Fiction and imagery
Every companion name, biography, photograph and personality on Dialogue AI is invented for entertainment. Any similarity to a real person, place or event is coincidental.
Not advice
Companion messages are not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. For decisions with real consequences, consult a qualified professional rather than a Dialogue AI companion.
Emergencies
Dialogue AI is not a crisis service. If you or someone else is in danger, contact your local emergency number or a recognised crisis line immediately.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details and for everything that happens under your login. Accounts are personal and may not be shared, resold or transferred.
Account security
Keep your password confidential and tell us promptly at support@dialogues.run if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend an account temporarily to contain a suspected compromise.
Acceptable use
Use Dialogue AI lawfully and in a way that does not harm other users, our staff or our systems. The following list is illustrative, not exhaustive.
- No content involving minors in any context
- No threats, harassment or incitement to violence
- No impersonation of real people
- No attempts to extract our prompts, models or source code
Prohibited technical activity
You may not scrape the service, run automated clients, bypass rate limits, probe for vulnerabilities without written permission or interfere with other users' access.
Content you submit
You keep ownership of what you write. You grant Dialogue AI a limited licence to store, process and display your messages solely to operate the service for you.
Our content
The Dialogue AI name, logo, companion characters, artwork, interface and text are protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy or redistribute them without our written consent.
Generated output
You may use companion replies for personal, non-commercial purposes. Output may be inaccurate or invented, and Dialogue AI makes no warranty about its truthfulness.
Free access
Dialogue AI offers a free tier with daily limits. Free access is provided as-is, may be adjusted or withdrawn, and carries no guarantee of availability.
Paid plans
Paid plans unlock the features described on the plans section of our homepage. Prices are shown before purchase and include applicable taxes where required by law.
Billing and renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period until cancelled. Your chosen payment method is charged on each renewal date at the then-current price.
Cancellation
You may cancel at any time in your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges and your plan features remain active until the end of the paid period.
Refunds
Where the law grants a withdrawal right, we honour it. Outside those cases, refunds are discretionary and are normally declined for periods already consumed.
Price changes
We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. If you do not accept a new price, cancel before it takes effect.
Chargebacks
Disputing a legitimate charge without contacting support first may result in suspension. Please email billing@dialogues.run and we will look into it.
Service availability
We aim for continuous availability but do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates and events outside our control may cause downtime.
Changes to features
Dialogue AI evolves. Companions, personalities and features may be added, altered or retired. We give notice before removing anything material from a paid plan.
Moderation and enforcement
We may filter, block or review content that appears to breach these terms, and may limit, suspend or close accounts responsible for serious or repeated breaches.
Suspension and termination
We may terminate access for unlawful activity, payment fraud, abuse of staff or breaches of these terms. You may close your account at any time in settings.
Effect of termination
When an account closes, access ends and data is erased in line with our Privacy Policy, apart from records we must keep. Clauses that by nature survive termination continue to apply.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the extent permitted by law, Dialogue AI is provided “as is” and “as available”, without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid Dialogue AI in the twelve months before the claim.
Indemnity
You agree to cover reasonable losses we incur from claims caused by your unlawful use of Dialogue AI or your breach of these terms.
Third-party services
Payment processors, hosting providers and other suppliers operate under their own terms. We are not liable for their acts or omissions beyond our own responsibility as their customer.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of establishment, without prejudice to consumer protections in your country of residence. We ask you to contact legal@dialogues.run before starting formal proceedings.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will change the date above. Material changes are announced by email or in-product notice, and continued use after the effective date means acceptance.
Entire agreement and contact
These terms and the Privacy Policy make up the whole agreement between you and Dialogue AI. If a clause is unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Reach us at legal@dialogues.run.
